**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our Paediatric Speech Pathology service in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating high-quality speech pathology services for paediatric clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise client functional and health outcomes.
**About the Role:**
This Clinical Lead position requires a highly skilled and competent clinician who can provide leadership and guidance to the team.
The incumbent will work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement high-quality speech pathology services for paediatric clients
- Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of these services
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Work collaboratively with other members of the multi-disciplinary team
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Speech Pathology or related field
- Current registration with the relevant professional body
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
