We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities or injuries to achieve their employment goals.

  • In this rewarding position, you will work closely with clients to identify their strengths, build skills, and develop job-readiness. You will be responsible for building relationships with local employers, sourcing job opportunities, and providing support to clients throughout the employment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide personalized support to clients, enabling them to achieve their employment goals.
  • Employer Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local employers, identifying job opportunities that match client needs.
  • Job Placement: Work collaboratively with clients and employers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Progress Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate client progress, ensuring all activity is documented and adheres to compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum one year experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges, happiness in liaising with external stakeholders, and proven experience working with targets and KPIs.
  • Qualifications: A genuine desire to contribute to a supportive team environment and a current driver's license.
