Job Overview:

  • Engage in daily operational tasks
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage food and beverage services
  • Ensure timely work order processing
  • Maintain asset records
  • Coordinate mail and courier services
  • Liaise with the IT department for server room maintenance
  • Support employees with facility requests
  • Organize events and client visits
  • Enforce on-site health and safety protocols
  • Maintain emergency response plans related to facilities
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and inventory
  • Monitor expenses and track variances
  • Contribute to energy-saving initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to payment processes and submit financial reports
  • Provide inputs for capital expenditure reporting
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Operations lead or Account Director
  • Submit accurate and timely MIS reports
  • Conduct regular meetings with business unit and landlord teams
