- The role involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of our office facility.
Job Overview:
- Engage in daily operational tasks
- Conduct facility inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Manage food and beverage services
- Ensure timely work order processing
- Maintain asset records
- Coordinate mail and courier services
- Liaise with the IT department for server room maintenance
- Support employees with facility requests
- Organize events and client visits
- Enforce on-site health and safety protocols
- Maintain emergency response plans related to facilities
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and inventory
- Monitor expenses and track variances
- Contribute to energy-saving initiatives
- Ensure adherence to payment processes and submit financial reports
- Provide inputs for capital expenditure reporting
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Operations lead or Account Director
- Submit accurate and timely MIS reports
- Conduct regular meetings with business unit and landlord teams
