Job Description:

The Workplace Experience Manager - Office & Facilities role is pivotal in ensuring that employees and visitors have a positive and engaging experience within our office environment. This encompasses supporting significant meetings and events, client interactions, and maintaining the daily operation of the office.

This position involves developing and delivering the desired office experience by overseeing general office operations, including purchasing office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventories, and ensuring the supply of office consumables. The Workplace Experience Manager also ensures office equipment is in working order, contacts vendors for repairs when necessary, works with the Office receptionist to replenish kitchen, bathroom, stationery, and supplies, maintains common areas' cleanliness, manages office inductions for all employees, liaises with facility management vendors, and negotiates with office vendors and service providers.
