Senior Implementation Consultant

FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking a Senior Consultant to support clients in developing their operational and growth strategies, with a focus on business systems implementation and integration. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, integrating, and optimizing systems, while growing into a more senior, strategic position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying and configuring business systems to meet client needs
- Participate in system process mapping and needs analysis sessions with clients
- Support seamless system integration with existing infrastructure and processes
- Customize system settings to optimize functionality and performance
- Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Contribute to the development of implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation
- Assist in testing and validating system implementations to ensure success
Requirements:
- Some experience in system implementation and configuration using Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, HubSpot, and other CRM and ERP platforms
- Basic understanding of system architecture and design principles
- Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques
- Exposure to cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is a plus
- Willingness to learn about network configuration and cybersecurity best practices
