Strategic Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our infrastructure management efforts.
This full-time, permanent role will focus on developing and implementing innovative condition monitoring, strategic maintenance planning, and project development strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness in asset management.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of dam safety management and dams engineering, and the ability to influence decision making and provide guidance.
Key responsibilities include undertaking intermediate and comprehensive dam safety inspections, continuously monitoring and responding to anomalies in dam surveillance data and field reports, providing dam safety subject matter expertise across the business, carrying out assigned Asset Management tasks in line with Asset Management processes and procedures, and initiating and developing business cases for capital projects.
Requirements- A tertiary qualification in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Active engineering registration in a related discipline
- Experience in risk-based lifecycle management of water industry assets, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to influence decision making and provide guidance
