Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute strategic plans by leading IT infrastructure and network technical services deployments with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate and deliver successful outcomes through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide technical leadership in defining system requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Drive operational excellence by recommending improvements and ensuring alignment with enterprise policies.
  • Ensure financial accountability through cost tracking and resource management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably in service management or infrastructure operations.
  • Proven capability in delivering complex infrastructure projects within large-scale environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of service management frameworks, pipeline planning, and ITIL (certification highly regarded).
