Skilled Nursing Professional Wanted

A compassionate and skilled nursing professional is sought to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Assist in planning and implementing individualized patient care plans that consider the physical, emotional, and social needs of each patient.
- Contribute to handovers and debriefings to ensure continuity of care and share learning experiences with colleagues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to patient care.
- Education: Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
- Registration: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience: Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute setting
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Competitive Remuneration Package: $42.50 - $54.62 per hour plus casual loading and superannuation
