Nurse Director

Job Summary:
- This nursing leadership position is accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services.
- Leads the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of nursing workforce strategies.
- Provide high-level advice and guidance to Nursing Directors and executive team members.
- Develop and implement evidence-informed nursing standards within the organization.
- Manage change and support team members through the implementation of change initiatives.
- Lead clinical units in the development, implementation and evaluation of systems and processes ensuring quality evidence-informed nursing care.
- Advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and standards across a range of nursing and midwifery services.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective advanced level leadership, management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in human, financial and material resource management skills.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
