Job Title: Skilled Nursing Professional
    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to residents, working closely with them, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the assessment of residents' strengths and needs, developing individualised support plans that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Provide direct clinical care in accordance with your scope of practice and oversee the delivery of clinical and allied health services for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to identify evidence-based best practices and quality initiatives across the facility.
  • Develop and implement care plans for each resident, utilising information from assessments and working closely with the resident, family, GP, and other staff members.
  • Respond promptly to any quality issues and contribute actively to our continuous improvement system.

    Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven high level of clinical competencies with excellent clinical analysis, interpretation, and planning skills.
  • Able to lead and influence others, relating effectively to the aged care population with empathy, understanding, and respect.
  • Sound understanding of care assessment and provision within the Aged and Health Care sectors.
