We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the beautiful Fraser Coast region of Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and patient-focused nurse to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality direct nursing care to patients, including wound care and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient appointments and flow.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar nursing role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic clinic setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology.

This is a permanent full-time position working in a mixed billing General Practice in Maryborough. The practice offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance, and opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.

Location:

The location is in the Fraser Coast area, approximately 30 minutes from Hervey Bay and two hours from the Sunshine Coast. Maryborough is a regional town with a relaxed and enjoyable lifestyle, close to the coast and offering a good choice of schools and shopping.

The successful candidate will be required to relocate to the Fraser Coast area and must be willing to do so.
