Job Title

We are seeking a compassionate registered nurse to care for patients with dignity and facilitate their speedy recovery. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision, following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

The registered nurse will play a vital role in our healthcare team by monitoring patient's condition, assessing their needs, and providing the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
  • Symptom Observation: Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Routine Procedures: Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patient's charts.
  • Medication Administration: Adjust and administer patient's medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician's orders.
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.).
  • Emergency Response: Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
  • Supportive Environment: Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a registered nurse.
  • Nursing Skills: Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Emergency Care: Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
  • Health and Safety: In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them always.
  • Communication Skills: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibility: Responsible and compassionate.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Educational Background: B.Sc. or other diploma from a nursing program.
