The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Coordinator (Designer) to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing assets and content for JB Hi-Fi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief, design, and implement EDMs
  • Brief, create and deliver various digital assets
  • Work within established guidelines and templates to maintain a consistent design throughout all deliverables
Other Responsibilities:
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time through briefing, planning, development, and implementation stages
  • Website content scheduling via CM system
  • Brief, design, and manage landing pages
  • Deployment and management of digital catalogues
  • Contribute to the review of all assets to ensure accuracy of content, specification, and messaging
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver original design projects from concept to completion
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in digital graphic design
  • Experience in HTML is an advantage
  • Strong experience in content management platforms, including web content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Demonstrated experience using Adobe Suite XD – (or Photoshop etc.) and Figma to create content suitable for website
  • Ability to recognise and propose improvements to existing systems and processes
  • Previous experience in retail considered an advantage
