**MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team who collaboratively
- develop online learning content for a diverse set of clients.
- Your duties will be based on the current projects and would include:
- Developing digital assets that are used as part of blended online learning solutions. For example: explainer videos, quick reference guides, infographics, PowerPoint presentations.
- Developing scripts and designing storyboards.
- Mentoring junior designers
- Supporting the development of gamified learning
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma and / or Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media (3D modelling and animation) or relevant experience
- Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable)
**Experience**:
- Experience developing content for eLearning development / projects
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Exposure to Microsoft SharePoint and PowerApps.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Adobe CC
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all design principles (hierarchy, colour, balance, typography, alignment, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and capable of finding creative solutions.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and take constructive feedback.
- Excellent collaborative skills and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to lead and mentor junior designers
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to communicate in Cebuano (desired)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time and tasks efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
