About the company :

The Westin Perth Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the city center, offering 5-star amenities and 368 guest rooms, including suites and a Presidential Suite. The hotel features over 2,300 square meters of versatile event space equipped with advanced technology, including a Grand Ballroom.

This is a full-time overnight position requiring Australian working rights and overnight availability.

Your duties will include :

  • Checking in and checking out hotel guests,
  • Maintaining guest accounts,
  • Taking reservations as needed,
  • Assisting with guest inquiries and managing internal and external phone calls,
  • Ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable,
  • Representing the hotel as a welcoming ambassador,
  • Supporting guests with food options.

Skills & Experience :

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and hotel software such as OPERA,
  • Strong customer service skills,
  • Positive attitude and energetic personality,
  • Articulate and confident communication skills,
  • Passion for a career in hospitality management.
