We are seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to join our team in VIC, who will be responsible for ensuring life safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and innovation across VIC assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning VIC with key focus areas through regular reviews and action plans
  • Supporting strategic asset plans and initiatives across centres
  • Communicating and embedding key operational processes, systems, and technology
  • Facilitating training and awareness of operational procedures and supporting portfolio objectives
  • Identifying areas of risk and opportunity, developing and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets
  • Managing budgets and forecasting assumptions with peers and overseeing centre facilities management
  • Championing Workplace Health and Safety cultural improvement and developing succession plans
  • Attracting, retaining, and developing talent, and building employee engagement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or customer services environments

• Degree, Diploma, or tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Trades, Hospitality, Leisure, Property, Building, or Facilities Management

• Strong commercial acumen and experience balancing financial needs with technical and customer outcomes

• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing performance

• Excellent communication skills that engage and motivate diverse stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks

• Technology literacy and interest in innovative solutions
