Commercial Insulation Division Leader

The Commercial Insulation Division Leader will spearhead the growth and expansion of our commercial insulation business within a franchise system. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a profitable commercial program that supports franchise owners in pursuing B2B opportunities, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, government, and institutional projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Development & Strategy
    • Design and implement a scalable commercial insulation business model aligned with industry standards.
    • Define service offerings, pricing structures, estimating standards, and project management best practices to ensure consistency across the franchise system.
    • Establish safety, compliance, and quality assurance protocols aligned with industry regulations to protect franchisees and clients.
    • Create and provide accessible tools, templates, and resources to support franchisees entering the commercial market.
  • Franchisee Training & Support
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive commercial insulation training programs for franchise owners, sales teams, and project managers to enhance knowledge and skills.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to franchisees pursuing commercial opportunities, addressing challenges and providing support as needed.
    • Lead workshops, webinars, and field training sessions on commercial bidding, estimating, and project execution to equip franchisees with the necessary expertise.
    • Assist franchisees with pre-bid qualification processes, RFP responses, and proposal development to increase their chances of success.
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Establish relationships with regional general contractors, developers, and property managers to generate system-wide commercial opportunities.
    • Develop a pipeline of commercial projects and distribute leads to franchise owners, ensuring they have access to potential revenue streams.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to create effective collateral, case studies, and campaigns targeting commercial clients and promoting our services.
