Your Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor services and support participants into sustainable employment using a person-centred approach
- Develop partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants
- Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training
- Provide ongoing support to sustain employment
- Market participants' skills to prospective employers
- Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
- Engage with the local community to promote services
