Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Sustainability Specialist to provide essential support in the successful delivery of projects across a busy portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong sustainability knowledge and experience, including emissions reporting, offsets, and Net Zero strategies.

The role will involve coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and following up on action items, as well as assisting with financial management, risk management, and stakeholder liaison.

Key Requirements:
  • Sustainability knowledge and experience, including emissions reporting, offsets, and Net Zero strategies
  • Proven experience in project administration/coordination, ideally within IT or digital environments
  • Understanding of the project management lifecycle and governance processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
