Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Controls and Customer Outcomes (CCO) team, residing within the Retail Bank.

The ideal candidate will drive sustainable enhancements to business practices and processes that deliver better outcomes for customers, shareholders, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing automated controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes.
  • Ensuring the effective design of automated controls for new and changing processes and operations.
  • Developing and embedding a continuous assurance model.
  • Conducting and managing the Control Assurance Program (CAP) testing, including test script development and reporting on assurance findings.
