Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional quality assurance services to our clients. This includes implementing, managing, and continuously improving BGIS quality processes and reporting regime.

  • Coordinate the implementation of quality assurance activities across client sites
  • Prepare auditing schedules, audit templates, and quality standards to monitor and control quality of services provided
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, findings, and decisions

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with Service Line Managers to maintain current best practice and ISO 9001 accreditation. They will also be responsible for:

  • Managing contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs and client expectations
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with stakeholders, including support consultants, contractors, and suppliers

To be successful in this role, the Quality Assurance Specialist should possess:

  • Proven experience conducting HSEQ audits
  • Knowledge of Hazard Management principles and AS/NZS ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and AS/NZS ISO 14001 standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislative requirements, industry compliance, and accreditation standards
  • Experience in construction, property management, or facility management industries
