Job Title: Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated controls that enable better risk and compliance outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operational risk management and knowledge of areas such as Continuous Control Testing, Benchmarking, and advanced analytical testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of automated controls for new and changing processes and operations.
  • Conduct and manage Control Assurance Program (CAP) testing, including the development of test scripts and reporting on assurance findings.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Testing Automated/Application controls or IT General Controls.
  • Strong operational risk management background and knowledge of areas such as Continuous Control Testing, Benchmarking, and advanced analytical testing procedures.
  • Experience using SQL and ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Leadership capability with ability to drive a positive, professional, and engaging team.
