
Professional Training Coordinator

The Learning and Development Specialist role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for creating and delivering impactful training programs.
This includes maintaining standardized work practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Leppington Distribution Centre team.
Key responsibilities include building leadership capability, developing a skilled workforce, and ensuring teams are prepared to meet customer demand during peak periods.
Reporting into the Head of People Development, this role involves:
- Designing and managing training programs aligned with the training matrix and compliance requirements
- Partnering with Warehouse Management to coach underperforming employees and improve efficiency and quality
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting progress on training effectiveness and performance improvements
- Supporting leadership growth through targeted training programs and coaching sessions
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training role, preferably within an automated warehouse environment
- Proven track record of leading lean improvement projects and delivering measurable efficiencies
- Previous experience designing, building, and facilitating training programs
- Strong experience in Canva and PowerPoint creating training resources
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and automation processes
