This role is for a Lead Digital Marketing Strategist who will develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies for large-scale clients. As a key advisor, you'll oversee multi-channel campaigns, advanced optimisations, and client retention—while mentoring a team to ensure success at every level.


About The Role:
  • Develop high-level performance strategies for large-scale digital marketing campaigns, aligning with client goals and business objectives.
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns to drive superior performance outcomes across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to both clients and senior management.
  • Manage client expectations, challenges, and opportunities for long-term success, acting as a key client contact.
  • Drive strategic presentations, clearly demonstrating channel roles within the media mix.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet KPIs, providing accurate scoping, budgeting, and forecasting.

What You Bring:
  • A strong ability to autonomously manage client expectations, strategies, budgets, and performance optimisations.
  • A passion for mentoring and growing a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an analytical and strategic approach to client success.
  • Independent agency experience is essential.
