Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing senior technology leaders across Architecture, Engineering, and DevOps.
  • Defining and executing the eCommerce technology strategy, enabling omnichannel growth and future AI integration.
  • Ensuring platform stability, scalability, and efficiency to support business performance.
  • Overseeing transformation initiatives, including platform modernisation.
  • Partnering with executives to align technology outcomes with the company's growth strategy.
About You & Your Skills:

We're looking for an experienced technology leader who can balance strategic foresight with delivery excellence. You will bring:

  • A proven track record in digital technology leadership roles within eCommerce, retail, or large-scale digital environments.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms, cloud technologies, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and driving organisational change.
  • Experience leading complex transformation programs in high-pressure environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
