Job Description">

Volunteer Coordinator Role

The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new volunteer strategy, including the rollout of volunteer-only based programs and initiatives.

This role will involve working across the organisation to ensure seamless execution of volunteer activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining accurate records of volunteers within our organisational CRM, Salesforce NFPSP.

">Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Volunteer Manager or similar role.
  • Proven program or project implementation skills and exceptional organisational abilities.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead groups of volunteers.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to build and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a part-time role, requiring 3 days per week. The position is initially a 3-year contract with potential for extension dependent on performance.
