**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and lead a volunteer service that matches residents with volunteers from their local community.

This is a permanent part-time position working 3 days per week at our residential facility.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to engaging with our Christian Mission, Motivation, and Action.

Duties include:

  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to build a volunteer service that meets the needs of our residents.
  • Attracting, recruiting, and onboarding volunteers, matching their interests with residents.
  • Managing and enhancing the volunteer program for residential sites.
  • Mentoring volunteers, supporting them with online and onsite face-to-face training and coordinating social events.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in administration/coordination roles, with strong relationship-building skills and leadership abilities.

They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
