Employment Service Manager

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a service that delivers lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

The role involves leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of Employment Consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model. You will deliver high-quality services that reflect the values of your organisation and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.

  • Lead a team of Employment Consultants to provide person-centred services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Develop strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities.
  • Maintain referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in employment services, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong business development skills and local employer relationships.
  • A current driver's licence and own vehicle.
