This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

  • Lead and mentor a team of employment specialists, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
