Job Opportunity

You will work closely with a team of friendly and committed staff who are genuinely interested in our customers' business success and the needs of others. Key skills include sales experience, presentation skills, and report building which are essential to this role. As part of the interaction with prospects and customers, important market intelligence is to be obtained to ensure market competitiveness and relationships are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Serve as the face of the company and be the single point of contact for enquiries and concerns.
  • Manage client expectations on a timely basis if disruptions occur during service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with client decision makers, meeting with them at least quarterly.
  • Maintain or exceed current revenue levels from assigned client portfolio in accordance with KPIs supplied.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve KPI targets.
  • Able to work at a faster than average pace.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with ongoing change.
  • Able to make decisions with input/direction from others.
