Marketing Automation Expert

This role involves working closely with our senior developer to configure, maintain and optimize the HubSpot platform. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate setup of pipelines, properties and integrations. Additionally, you will assist in designing and building automation workflows, lead scoring models and segmentation to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Platform Configuration: Configure HubSpot CRM, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs to align with business goals.
  • Workflow Creation & Optimization: Design and build automation workflows, lead scoring models and segmentation.
  • Data Management: Maintain CRM data quality through database hygiene.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Generate and maintain standard reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to internal teams on HubSpots tools and features.
  • Best Practices & Recommendations: Keep up with the latest HubSpot updates, best practices and trends.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with HubSpot tools, including CRM, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs.
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation within HubSpot.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with HubSpot, with hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation and lead management.
