Employee Experience Coordinator

This role will report to the People Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders. The Employee Experience Coordinator will support onboarding, manage offboarding processes, act as a first point of contact for employee queries, assist in resolving workplace concerns, support engagement initiatives, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.

Additionally, this individual will assist with payroll, leave management, performance tracking, HR reporting, ensure workplace health and safety compliance, promote safety awareness, support training programs, contribute to culture improvement, retention strategies, and HR metric analysis.

  • HR Generalist experience is essential
