Cafe Manager Job Description

The Cafe Manager will lead our team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A knack for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Passion for great coffee, food, and creating a positive cafe environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
