Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of cafe operations including customer service, sales, and employee management;">
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the cafe;">
  • Preparing and managing budgets, reports, and other documentation as required;">
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure they meet performance expectations;">
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and overall business performance;">
  • Working closely with suppliers and partners to source high-quality products and services;">

Requirements:

- 3 years' experience in cafe management or a related field;

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;

- Proficiency in English (required);

- Work authorisation in Australia (required).
