We are looking for an all-round manager with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in our cafe.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering great food and offering an outstanding experience to our customers.

About the role:

The Manager of our cafe will have well-developed leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide the team, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the cafe's appearance and ensuring it remains clean and welcoming to customers.
  • Engaging with customers, handling feedback, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Managing labour costs, stock ordering, and maintaining optimal food safety procedures.
  • Upholding our customer service expectations at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with the cafe owner and team members.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 or more years' experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to provide objective feedback on staff performance.
  • Fluency in English.
