Human Resources Manager Position

Key to driving organizational success is the presence of an experienced Human Resources Manager. This pivotal role plays a key part in shaping our human resources approach, by providing expert HR advice and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive frameworks, processes, and systems to meet the diverse HR needs of the organization.
  • Oversee the transition of operational processes from external sources to internal functions, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the execution of initiatives that enhance workforce performance, promote positive organizational culture, and drive business results.

As the inaugural Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for driving HR excellence within a dynamic environment. You will need to possess extensive expertise in HR, enabling you to effectively plan and execute strategies that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive relevant experience in post-secondary or higher education settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business needs and develop impactful plans.
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, including analysis and advice provision.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and experience interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Experience in successful dispute resolution, performance management, grievance handling, and mediation.

**Qualifications**

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field such as Business is required for this position.
