Job Overview

This is a critical leadership role that will play a key part in driving HR excellence across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a small, hands-on team within the FMCG industry or similar, with a strong understanding of industrial relations and commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement people strategies that support high performance and engagement across multiple sites.
  • To coach and mentor site leaders to enhance their performance management and leadership capabilities.
  • To partner with site leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
  • To lead industrial relations management, including EA negotiations and complex employee relations issues.
  • To work with the HS&E team to ensure safety improvements and drive safety culture.
  • To oversee recruitment, selection, and induction processes to ensure high-quality talent.
Requirements:
  • A senior HR leader with experience in managing a small team within the FMCG industry or similar.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
