Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to conduct all HR activities.

The role involves championing new HR systems and processes, working closely with the management team to improve processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of HR policies & procedures
  • Workforce planning support
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Onboarding and offboarding management
  • Performance management support
  • Position descriptions development
  • Training strategies and support development
  • Implementing OHS initiatives to promote safety for all staff
  • HR Reporting (HR metrics, HR analysis etc.)

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Agreement interpretation
  • Strong knowledge of modern awards
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate respectfully with staff across all levels
