We're Australia's favourite playground for lingerie lovers, and we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Store Operations Manager to join the team at our Tuggeranong store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

About the Role

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • SUCCESSION PLANNING YOUR TEAM TO ENSURE THEY CAN PROGRESS INTO THEIR NEXT OPPORTUNITY WHEN THE TIME COMES.
  • The execution of visual merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understanding of stock management processes and can prioritise tasks.
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team.
