Role Overview

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team as the Store Operations Manager for our NIKE store in Canberra, ACT.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a winning team to consistently deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading from the front and coaching on the run to drive sales and KPI growth
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent to maintain a high-performing team
  • Ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the store

  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and KPI targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • A passion for NIKE, health, and fitness, and a desire to bring your best to work every day
