Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facility, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining floors through sweeping, mopping, and buffing.
  • Installing and removing flooring materials.
  • Managing facility garbage and disposing of trash.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and switches.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries and dumpsters.
  • Installation and removal of window air conditioning units.
  • Cleaning of roof and drains.
  • Snow shoveling and salting of facility sidewalks and parking lot.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as 3 months of maintenance experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Routine lifting and carrying of boxes weighing 50 pounds or more.
  • Able to use stairs during building evacuations, drills, or elevator maintenance.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 months of maintenance experience.
