Commercial Policy and Practice Officer

The role involves contributing to a high-performing team by developing and fostering productive relationships with stakeholders and clients. The Commercial Policy and Practice (CPP) unit owns and manages Defence's procurement and contracting policy, processes, templates, guidance, and commercial capability development.

  • This position requires timely and accurate commercial and procurement advice on complex policy issues tailored to meet stakeholder needs.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to identifying areas for improvement in policy, guidance, and processes and demonstrate the benefits and rationale for change.
