About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assets Maintenance Officer to manage the maintenance of our fleet, plant, and equipment, office buildings, and residential properties in accordance with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all fleet management regulations and standards.
  • Manage vehicle registrations and insurance.
  • Monitor and report on fuel usage and costs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and other vendors.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet and asset management.
  • Conduct regular audits and data analysis to optimize utilization and cost management.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization and performance.
  • Plan maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  • Organize servicing and repairs of fleet and plant assets as required, including checking quality of repairs.
  • Organize servicing/repairs to Office buildings and Residential properties as required, including checking the quality of repairs.

Requirements

  • Trade background in Mechanical or Building/Construction (preferable).
  • MR driver's license.
  • 3-5 years' experience managing fleets and company assets.
  • Advanced administrative skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
