About the Role

Nestlé SA is a leading global food and beverage company, and we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) Engineering team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities, considering factors such as safety, food safety, and energy consumption.
• Manage technical stores and ensure proper inventory levels, including spare parts and materials.
• Support the development of the maintenance budget and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with industrial services teams, including mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical maintenance.
• Monitor and report on maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Experience in maintenance planning, coordination, and execution, including TPM and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-management and ability to track KPIs and objectives.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
