Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and resourcing quality candidates in line with business needs.

About the Role:
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through to onboarding
  • Utilize Workday ATS and LinkedIn to source and build a talent pipeline for key roles
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Talent team, HR, and hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external partners
Requirements:
  • A passion for excellence and drive to deliver best-in-class recruitment practice
  • Solid experience in agency or in-house recruitment/talent roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrable experience within high-volume recruitment environments, with a diverse portfolio of roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
