Hospitality Services Manager

Join a new aged care facility and take on the role of Hospitality Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering high-quality hospitality services.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of hospitality operations, including dining, cleaning, laundry, and concierge services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leadership roles within hospitality or customer service environments, preferably in aged care.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

In addition to their leadership skills, the successful applicant will need to have knowledge of workplace health and safety principles and practices, as well as IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office software.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality or customer service
