Energy Billing Accounts Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-driven professional to join our team as an Energy Billing Accounts Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, processing, and reconciling large volumes of energy bills. Your key duties will include ensuring billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs, as well as liaising with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.

  • Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy and water vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records in reporting platforms.
  • Identify and escalate billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, track outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution without oversight.
  • Ability to manage routine, repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
