Energy Billing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Energy Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating, processing, and reconciling large volumes of energy bills.
- Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy vendors.
- Ensure billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
- Liaise with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records in a reporting platform.
- Identify and escalate anomalies or inefficiencies in the billing process.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred). A strong attention to detail, ability to work with numerical data, and exceptional organisational skills are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is desirable. Additionally, strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) are an advantage.
