Job Title: Accounting Clerk

We are seeking highly organized and reliable accounting clerks to manage a large portfolio of client company accounts. Each client has its own financial requirements, including reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a similar industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
