Business Development Manager

About the Role:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, leading sales teams, and fostering key relationships with travel industry partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and visibility.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key travel industry partners and corporate clients.
  • Ensure smooth sales processes, accurate CRM data, and regular reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitor activities.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their application in managing customer data, enhancing customer engagement, and tracking sales team performance.
